WISE CITY HONG KONG

Wise City is a Business to Government program funded by 13 companies under the umbrella of the French Chamber of Commerce with the objective of promoting and implementing innovative models & cross-sector solutions to support the development of Hong Kong to become a more Sustainable and Efficient City.

MAIN OUTCOMES

• Delivered the Hong Kong Government a solution inventory of the 13 companies’ assets in response to the development of a new satellite city needs,

• Delivered collaborative workshops and advisory services coordinating Hong Kong city leadership and the 13 companies teams to create their unique path to be efficient, livable and sustainable. These workshops had over 50 participants.

• As an outcome of this collaboration process, the FCCIHK and its partners take 13 representatives of the Hong Kong government in France for a 4 days trip that later led to new ventures for its partners

• Drive the overall initiative,

• Deep analysis of each company positioning,

• Analysis of Hong Kong city infrastructure maturity,

• Solution inventory of companies’ assets in response to Hong Kong city needs

• Deployed innovative collaborative workshop methodology to engage the 13 companies with various Hong Kong Government officials in a series of workshops. Companies involved: Alstom, Byme (Bouygues), Clestra, Citilog, Dragages (Bouygues), Lucibel, Veolia Environnement, Suez Environnement, Thales, Schneider Electric, Saft, Somfy, VSL Intrafor (Bouygues).
