I bring more than 12 years of experience as an innovation agent. With a foundation in engineering, my career has evolved to encompass diverse roles, including CEO of an AgTech startup, Intrapreneur within multinational corporations, Innovation consultant, and most recently, Learning Designer for the creation of skills development content.
I'm a Millennial-shaped person with skills combining solid business acumen and digital literacy, along with soft skills for collaboration, all spiced up with a multicultural background and extensive travel experience (fluent in French, English and Spanish).
Aquapioneers is an urban agriculture startup that specializes in designing, creating, and maintaining aquaponics ecosystems for educational institutions and corporations. I co-founded this company in 2016 and served as CEO for three years. Our unique selling value proposition include the open-source nature of our designs and our partnership with the worldwide fablabs network.
BITBASI is a new Bachelor's program in Entrepreneurship & Business Innovation for Social Impact, offered by one of Spain's top business schools, Esade. I was invited to play a key role in shaping and implementing the first year educational curriculum of the 'Learn to Innovate' pilar. 100% project-based learning through real-world projects aligned with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)."
During my free time, I embarked in the transformation of an empty Fiat Ducato into a fully equipped, energy self-sufficient campervan. This allows me to work from anywhere as a digital nomad, seamlessly blending my passion for exploring nature through fly fishing and mushroom hunting with my professional commitments. The entire construction process extended over 400 hours, spread out across 12 months.
In 2019, I received an invitation to apply my innovation expertise to the field of Learning and Skills development. This transition sparked my journey as an as a self-taught learning designer, with a specialization in creating learning content for innovation and digital transformation. It allowed me to actively contribute to various learning and education-oriented initiatives. These diverse experiences have equipped me with a strong skill set and a deep understanding of skill development.

From 2011 to 2019, I dedicated my career developing innovative concepts, products, and services for various sustainability-driven companies. My journey began with a pioneering startup focused on developing a revolutionary system for charging electric vehicles with solar energy. Later, I played a pivotal role in facilitating collaboration between thirteen leading French multinational companies and the Hong Kong Government to foster the creation of a new eco-district. As my entrepreneurial spirit flourished, I embarked on a personal venture, establishing a company centered on urban agriculture for schools and companies. These diverse experiences equipped me with a robust skill set and a profound understanding of Business Innovation.
