Schneider Electric is the global specialist in energy management, providing solutions that help organizations to be efficient, safe, productive and green. Schneider Electric is the 9th most sustainable company in the world, a Global Fortune 500 company that achieved revenues of €26 billion in 2015 and employs over 180,000 people. After the success of Wise City Hong, I was invited to join an internal startup team focused on smart cities. Schneider Electric was well known at the operational level in many city verticals (water, electricity, buildings, traffic) but was almost unknown by city leaders and relevant market analysts. The purpose of the team was to raise the company profile as leaders in smart cities and support business units to uncover new paths to market and cross-business opportunities.
• Supported the delivery of collaborative transformation workshops and advisory services to city leadership teams in Hong Kong and Singapore,
• Developed internal smart cities offer catalog and other communication aids for country marketing.
• Coordinated the 2014 Edition of I APP YOU Energy Efficient Hackathon in collaboration with Microsoft & Barcelona City council.
